You’ll be able to gain clarity over your biggest questions in our first session. In terms of financial results, programme participants have reported a return on investment as little as two weeks into the programme based on the insights and resources shared.
There is just under 12-hours of digital lesson content, we advise that you complete the related workbook as you work through the content to drive specific actions. There is one 60 minute 1:1 session per month with Charlotte Ashton and a bi-weekly optional 60-minute group drop in sessions. That's just over 2 hours per week.
You work at your own pace and in your own time to apply what you’ll learn with Charlotte’s support to help you prioritise and stay accountable. There is additional bonus digital content such as interviews with investors, debt funders, value creation specialists and exited founders, but it is up to you how you access and utilise that.
Keep in mind that the programme is intended to support you in forming a plan only, there are membership options post programme completion to support you with implementation.
Yes! You get all these for one month after the programme ends but there are ongoing membership options so you continue to access 1:1 support, content, community events and masterclass sessions. We will allocate you to a specific peer group following completion of programme.
We understand that your information is something that you want to keep private. We don’t disclose who we work with unless given explicit permission and keep everything 100% confidential. Non Disclosure Agreements are a core part of our contracting process.
It’s best to have one representative of the business join the group coaching sessions to maintain consistency in the peer group but other shareholders/colleagues can be granted access to digital lesson content and resources. This is assessed on a case by case, discretionary basis, specific to your situation and ownership structure. Additional charges apply for content access and peer group involvement on a per person basis.
You will be supported in completing a workbook for each of the six Conscious Capital Creator framework steps, which will form your succession and sale plan.
Implicit enters into an Non Disclosure Agreement to cover any sensitive company information shared directly and you have full control and discretion over what you choose to share in group sessions.
Implicit supports the process of planning for succession sale only, as part of the programme you will be supported to identify and connect with potential business sale advisers who can transact the sale process, but only when you are ready.
The cost of the programme is £6,000 + VAT per person, instalment options are available.
Yes, requirements for external introductions are determined in 1:1 Coaching Sessions and facilitated subject to the external provider consenting to the introduction.
Yes, a range of options are available through membership, strategy sessions and accountability coaching. Forming the plan is just the start, you won’t be on your own if you need ongoing help with implementation. See our Services page for more.
